In 2004, an armored car guard was shot dead outside a Phoenix movie theater by a man who fled with the $56,000 the guard had collected from the weekend movie receipts. Police discovered the suspect on the run is Jason Derek Brown, a Southern California man who was in debt. They also learned that Brown had been casing the area and following the armed guard’s move. It’s been 18 years and Brown has never been found, so why was he just removed off the FBI’s Top 10 Most Wanted Fugitive List?
